Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî (/ˈohə/ /ˈhəzɪː/ [ambiguous] [civilian]) is a temperate Large City located in Triqtppipasu Kingdom, Mijgake Empire, within the Warren.

The name Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî is derived from the Sylvin language, as Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî was founded by Mé̄́ Yoīkīb 'Boo Sarina' Vúnvḗnḱ Gä̋mpf̄ Réch, who was culturaly Rattu.

Climate

Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî was founded durring the early 10th century, by Mé̄́ Yoīkīb 'Boo Sarina' Vúnvḗnḱ Gä̋mpf̄ Réch. The establishment of Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Mé̄́ Yoīkīb 'Boo Sarina' Vúnvḗnḱ Gä̋mpf̄ Réch electing to pay people to resettle in Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî.

Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the early 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî is buildings are speckled and packed arround crampt paverstone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the city's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a city. The city posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The city's budget focused millitary grade defenses are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the city's defences.

Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the city like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife. You get the terrible feeling that whatever it was, the wound it left will simply never heal. While not open to the public, the librarians and scholars employed by the library will assist anyone with their research needs, and wealthy individuals can purchase membership to access the library's materials themselves. In spite of being generally closed to the public, the library has a room with several Aether Linked devices available to the public during business hours.

Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî's natural decorations nor waterways.

Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.

Cultural Notes

Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.

Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is long in Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century the Makra Range, an iconic vista located neare Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî, proved to be volcanic when the range erupted. The eruption was isolated to the area around Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî, which was swallowed in ash, lava flows, and pyroclastic gasses. Chyameya Mivu̹ Hàzî lost 116 people, 205 livestock, and 58 buildings in the disaster. The event is forever remembered as the Day of Suffering's Wrath.
